Mariga's Latina looking to bounce back against Perugia
Kenyan International midfielder Macdonald Mariga will be keen to steer his Italian Latina to victory when they face Perugia on Tuesday 1 March night  in a Serie B clash at the Stadio Renato Curi.

Latina who are sitting at position 14 on Serie B standing will be seeking to earn their first win in their last 4 matches. The team failed to pick a win in the whole of February and will want to start the month of March on a high note.

Played every minute

Mariga has played every minute of Latina’s matches in February and managed to score a consolation in the 57th  as they lost 3-1 to league leaders Cagliari. Mariga’s side is winless in their last 2 away matches and has registered 2 goalless draws since they beat Trapani 2-1 at the Stadio Proviciale 2-1 as they visited on 23 February. The side has been able to score only 4 times in their last 5 matches on the road.

Former Real and Inter man

Mariga who has played for Italian side Real Sociedad and Inter Milan joined Latina in January after his former side Parma was relegated from Serie A and dropped to the third tier due to bankruptcy.
