Falcons new coach tips team for a difficult Vihiga clash

Women Premier League Zone B side Eldoret Falcons new Head Coach Jeff Mutai has tipped his team to get ready for a hard task when they encounter Vihiga Leeds on June 17 at Mumias Complex.

Speaking ahead of his first match at the Falcons helm, coach Mutai pointed out that his team who he believes are well prepared show brace themselves for a fight when they face their opponents Vihiga. He noted that they have hope that they will claim maximum points. He expressed it was his second week with Falcons and we had overseen the training which he concluded was done well.

Preparedness

-We expect nothing but a win. I believe we have prepared very well. I know we are going to gather maximum points. As a coach, I have been with the team for two weeks now; last week and this week and we have trained week. We believe the ladies are prepared. We need to improve up front but I know they will do what is expected of them, he beamed.

Falcons come into the match having lost its last two matches; o-1 to Oserian , 2-1 to Palos Ladies and are 6th on the Log. Vihiga come into the match having won its last two matches; 2-1 against Palos Ladies, 6-2 against Bulemia and is 5th. The match will kick off at 1300 hrs.
