The pressure at the helm of the National Super League standings has been sustained heading in to round 13 games after Vihiga United and Ushuru recorded wins in their respective ties in Mumias and Machakos.
Skipper Patrick Okullo lead from the front as Edward Manoah carried their winning run with a 2-1 win over Bidco United.
Okullo's strike was soon doubled by defender Bernard Ochieng's strike to see Vihiga's stay at peak of NSL standings maintained.
Murunga saves Ushuru
In Machakos, Andrew Murunga continues to justify his addition to the Taxmen fold with a late goal in Ushuru's 2-1 win over Moyas.
Barrack Odhiambo's 44 minute goal saw the host stormed the lead a minute to half time before Titieh Olesu levelled matters in the 65th minute.
Also on the wining margins were FC Palos who dispatched Administration Police 2-1 in Kisumu.
