Vihiga United Football Club has admitted to being in a tough balancing act following their Shield quarter finals win over Tusker Fc on Saturday 19 Auguat at Nyayo national stadium.
The promotion chasing NSL side dumped holders Tusker and now stand just game away from the competition's finals.
Interestingly, the victory that moved them within reach of a maiden silverware presented a new challenge with Vihiga being in the middle of a decisive league campaign.
Coach Edward Manoah while sharing his sentiment admitted that indeed they are in a precarious situation and in dire need of getting their priorities must be right.
-Whether we can make it to finals i can only say this is a knock out game and winner gets it all. We wait to see what happens in the semi-finals. We need to strike a balance between the Cup and the league games and be cautious not to lose focus and end up messing ourselves, he told futaa.
Vihiga next face AFC Leopards with a final berth in the Shield Games at stake.
