Inter will reportedly target Jerome Boateng in January if the defender does not regain his place in Bayern Munich’s team.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Inter technical coordinator Walter Sabatini will meet the club’s owners in the coming days to discuss their transfer plans for the winter.
It is there that the website expects Sabatini to put forward Boateng after “testing waters” for the German on deadline day last month.
The 29-year-old was an undisputed starter for Bayern between 2011 and 2015, but injuries have limited him to just 32 Bundesliga appearances in the last two seasons.
