The FA has rejected Sadio Mané's appeal against the length of a 3-match ban for kicking Manchester City goalkeeper Ederson in the face during Liverpool's 5-0 defeat in the hands of Guardiola's men.
The Liverpool forward was given a straight red card on Saturday's early kick Premier League match for a 'serious foul play' on Ederson, which saw the keeper substituted. Mane is set to miss three games after his appeal against his red card was rejected. The hearing to decide the appeal was held on Tuesday and the tribunal upheld the three match ban as the referee Jon Moss' decision to sent the Senegalese off was supported.
