New Kenya Premier League side Wazito striker Kennedy Ayako is buoyed by his performances in the last six months of the National Super League campaign.
Ayako who spent the first half of the campaign at Mathare United believes hard work propelled him to score the six goals he did as Wazito sought to qualify for the top tier amid stiff competition from Vihiga United, Ushuru and KCB.
- I feel very happy to have scored all those goals in six months. I did not expect but they also it wasn’t a walk in the park. This came through hard work in the training ground a firm belief in my abilities, Ayako told Wazito's news portal.
The striker further echoes the kind of competition the striking department has and the able guidance of striker's coach George Midenyo.
