According to reports, Liverpool midfielder Emre Can turned down Bayern Munich and Manchester City's advances before agreeing terms with Juventus.
Can's contract at Liverpool expires in the summer and after entering the final six months of his deal, the German has been free to seal a pre-contract agreement with a foreign side. The 23-year-old, formerly of Bayer Leverkusen, had attracted plenty of interest from a host of Europe's top clubs with his Liverpool deal expiring in the summer.
According to report, Serie A giants Juventus have fended off strong interest from Bayern and City to secure Can's signature. The Turin-based club tried to sign the midfielder last summer but Liverpool refused to sell as it was hoped he could be convinced to sign a new contract at Anfield. However, this dream died and Can appears on the brink of completing his move to the reigning Serie A champions.
Can has featured 17 times in the Premier League this season for Jurgen Klopp's Champions League-chasing side.
