According to reports, Dortmund board has decided to sell former Chelsea winger Andre Schurrle to Inter, despite West Ham United and Tottenham identifying the German international as one of its winter targets.
The Germany international has endured a difficult season with Borussia Dortmund and has featured just four times in the Bundesliga. With the World Cup this summer fast approaching, the 27-year-old is eager to get more playing time to book his spot on the plane to Russia.
According to Sky Italia, Schurrle has been presented with an escape route by the Italian giants. The former Chelsea winger has been linked with West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur recently, but it now seems as though the San Siro could be his next destination.
Inter are keen to sign at least one new attacker this month, with moves for Arsenal's Theo Walcott and Manchester United's Henrikh Mkhitaryan also mooted.
