Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has not ruled out Jack Wilshere out of Sunday’s clash with Bournemouth despite picking up an ankle injury against Chelsea.
Wenger has said the England international is “walking normally” as he looks to pick up their first win five games. The Gunners travel to Bournemouth this weekend, where Wilshere spent last season on loan. The boss has also confirmed that Aaron Ramsey is back in contention for Gunners, after returning from a hamstring injury and could make his first appearance for Arsenal in a month. Midfielder Mesut Ozil will undergo a test on Saturday to see if he will feature against the Cherries.
- Jack is injured but we had very good news yesterday [Thursday]. I saw him walking normally, the scan was good, he is not out of the game on Sunday. Ramsey is back in the squad. Ozil will have a test tomorrow. That is 50-50. All the other players will still be out, said Wenger.
