Kenyan Premier League side Chemelil Sugar FC has shaken its technical bench further by appointing Hillary Ouma as the new team manager. Until his appointment, Ouma was the assistant team manager under Tom Ochong' who has now left the club.
Ochong has quit his position as the club TM to focus on his job at Chemelil Sugar company. Ouma will be assisted by returning Rajab Saidi, Saidi served as Chemelil Sugar team manager between 2014-2016 before he was suspended and later replaced by Ochong.
Also joining the Millers technical bench is former Chemelil Sugar midfielder Stephen 'Siste Otieno who will serve as the second assistant team manager.
