Posta Rangers head coach Sammy Omollo would rather take the point from AFC Leopards draw and expect a win in the next Kenya Premier League match.
Posta drew 1-1 with Ingwe but had to blame themselves after failing to convert from the spot when John Nairuka was brought down in the area by Jairus Adira. The keeper managed to save the penalty to ensure a share of spoils.
"We could have won this match given the chances presented to us but we failed to make good use of them. The equalizer was deserving because we grew into the game later and the effort from my players was immense. I will take the point positively and expect good preparations ahead of our next fixture, " Omollo said after the match at Afraha.
Next come former KPL champions Tusker who lost 2-0 in their first match at Chemelil despite a change of guard in the coaching role and immense business during the transfer window.
