Liverpool star ignoring Madrid links

Mohamed Salah has refused to comment on rumours linking him to Real Madrid.

The Egyptian admitted to like La Liga’s style of football, insisting he is happy at Anfield. The 25 year old enjoyed his stay at Anfield since his £34 million arrival from Roma last summer, netting 28 goals in 34 games for Jurgen Klopp's side, including five in the Champions League. His form has led to speculation that Madrid could target Salah next summer, with Egypt coach Hector Cuper suggesting a move to the Bernabeu would suit the player.

Salah responded to Cuper’s comment, stressing to be happy at Anfield, “I don't have much to say about that.If I must say anything, it is that I am happy at Liverpool. For the moment I am here [in England]. I want to focus on my team, and to end the season very well. I love the Premier League, the football here.”  Salah told Marca.

Having played for different leagues, Salah revealed that he has been watching Spanish La Liga, “I watch some games, not always, as sometimes it coincides with Liverpool games. It is a good league, of course, with top teams, and the style of play is very attractive.

The Reds have lost two of their superstars to Spanish giants Barcelona( Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho) but Salah is keen to remain at Anfield.
