Bageya for president!!
For his service to the Nairobi City Stars, he deserves such a mention.

Jimmy Bageya is back at the club where he made his name in as far as Kenyan football is concerned.

Am I happy? Very much so.

I will not lie when I say that he had as much or even more impact on the City Stars than current player of the year Dan Sserunkuma.

Sserunkuma's stay was admittedly short-lived but in terms of damage done at the club, Bageya takes the cake.

I think that the difference between him at the club as compared to AFC Leopards is that City Stars need a player of his kind while Leopards really do not.

I say so because we all know that Bageya possesses a big head and is at times unbearable to be around because of his behaviour.

Thing is, at City Stars we understand that he has issues and accept because we need him, while at Leopards, such behaviour will marginalize you because there are so many good players there.

You are just one among the many.

So I am happy that he is back. I just hope that he can re-produce his past form for the club as it will help us in our usual battles against relegation which look thicker this coming season.

Will he do well? I hope so.

Can he do well? hell yeah.

Bageya for president.
