Credit must go to the City Stars
It is just not about the win over AFC Leopards, but the style in which the Nairobi City Stars have carried themselves this season.

Apart from the loss to KCB, I can authoritatively say that we have looked very good and dominant in all other games they have played, including those lost.

I remember losing to Thika United unfairly. Unfairly I say because we totally dominated and were it not for their keeper, we should have had three points on that day.

And then we travelled to Mombasa to take on Bandari and again we were denied by a last minute goal, in a game that we totally deserved to win.

And all other games have been like that. We have deserved to get something, and same too for the Leopards match.

It is true to an extent that Leopards are not at their best at the moment, but beating them is not an easy feat nonetheless. We did very well to down them, and especially at the City Stadium.

Once again, Jimmy Bageya was fantastic as was Justus Basweti and also a mention for the goalkeeper Fred Majani who outdid himself towards the end of the match.

There were some good performances all-round.

And credit too has to go to the coach Bye Wadda who has moulded a winning mentality in a side that lacked self- confidence just last season.

Wadda has made the players believe that they are winners and good players, and praise unto him for that.

Good times to be a City Stars fan.
