Bidco United head coach Anthony Akhulia is impressed with his charges display against AFC Leopards in the round 16 of the Gotv shield.

The Thika based side exited the competition after a 2-1 loss to AFC Leopards in a match staged at Thika Stadium on Wednesday 26 July.

Akhulia believes that Bidco would have pushed Leopards to the wall, had they converted their earlier chances in the game.

He feels conceding the second goal was a blunder as their opponents were under pressure when the scoreline was 1-0.

-We played well and we had our chances which we failed to convert. Had we converted our chances and scored early their would be a difference, the coach told Futaa.

-The biggest mistake was to concede the second goal because even when Leopards were leading by a solitary their fans were not that loud. Their mood changed when they got the second goal. So I congratulate my boys because playing to a 2-1 scoreline against a team like AFC Leopards it's not a easy, he added.

Bidco will now shifts focus on the National Super League where they face Ushuru FC.
