NSL: GFE plotting bogey KCB's downfall
GFE 105 head coach Joshua Obara is confident that his side can end its three-match losing streak when they face KCB in a National Super League match on Saturday 5 August at Camp Toyoyo Grounds.
The giant killers have been have dipped in form and as a result slipped to ninth in the National Super League putting their promotion chase in the balance as the second leg gets underway.
Ahead of their match against the bankers whom they have never beaten in any competition, Obara says his team is capable of causing an upset when they face Leonard Saleh’s side.
-We have to end this win-less run and I am confident that we can beat KCB if we play well. We have never beaten them before but I believe that there is always a first time. They are a good side with experienced players but we’ve prepared for the game and we want three points from the match, he said.
The match will kick off at 1100 hrs.
