Harambee Stars midfielder psyched up for new challenge
Belgium-based midfielder Johanna Omollo has declared his readiness to play his part as he marks a return to the country's second tier league with Cercle Brugge.
Omolo, who recently moved from promoted side Antwerp, is certainly not escaping the huge responsibility awaiting him as among the experienced players at his new destination.
The Kenyan however remains grounded as he pointed out the importance of a team effort approach heading to the new season.
-It is getting better. Everything is new, but in the end it's about the same game: football. I will stand there if they need me, Omolo said in an interview with the club portal.
-With my experience, I may be able to contribute to the team, he adds.
