Kenyan international pair of Johanna Omolo and Ayub Masika's teams played out to win and draws respectively from their league ties played over the weekend.

Half time substitute Xavier Mercier was the toast of the match scoring a brace to see Omolo off to  a winning debut as Brugge powered from a goal down to record their first three points against Westerloo.

Mercier struck home a 66th minute equaliser to cancel out Jen Naessens opener before sealing his brace just moments after the host had been reduced to ten men.

Masika win winless run

Elsewhere, Ayub Masika Beijing Renhe was held to a barren draw  on the road by Meizhou Hakka in China league One match day 20 game.

The result saw  Luis Garcia team endure a second straight game without a win having fell to leaders Dalian Yifang in their last outing.
