The world's most expensive player Neymar is set to finally make Paris Saint-Germain debut against Guingamp as French Football confirm player's transfer certificate has arrived.

PSG will take on Giungamp on Sunday and the Brazilian is set to be available for the clash.  After recently sealing his £198m move from Barcelona Neymar had been waiting for paperwork clearance before making his bow in front of his new Parisian supporters. The main obstacle holding up the process was the transferal of the huge buy-out clause fee from La Liga authorities to Barcelona themselves, but this issue has now been overcome and rubber-stamped by the powers at large in French Football.

- The FFF confirms the receipt of the transfer certificate of Neymar sent by the RFEF, a statement from the FFF on Twitter read.

Neymar has been in training this week with his new team-mates as he gets used to his new setting in Paris.
