Demand for the signature of Brian Niang Mandela seems to be at an all time high with Milutin Sredojevic Micho's Orlando Pirates the latest to express interest.

According to Siya crew sources Pirates are keen to add the Martizburg Unites defender to their roster and would consider following up their interest at top of the year if the interest for the contracted defender fails to materialize.

South Africa's PSL transfer window is due to close on Thursday.

Missing in action

Mandela recently applied for Permanent residence in Mzansi thus qualifying to be registered by a PL side as a local. He has missed two of United's opening game and a MTN tie against Sundowns and Supersport.

The team plays The latter in the semifinal return leg this Sunday.
