Oliech spadework gifts Auxerre late point
Auxerre were on the way to a ninth defeat from their 19th game of the season but a composed Oliech made got to the end of a ball from a throw in to deliver a cross to Tunisian Issam Jomaa who tapped in at the death to earn his team a 2-2 draw against visiting Dijon in a French Ligue 1 game played on Wednesday 21 December 2011.
Auxerre trailed Dijon a few minutes after the half hour mark after the hosts had made full use of defensive goofs to land a seventh minute goal from Benjamin Corgnet and a second from Thomas Guerbert in the 33rd minute.
0-2 the Burgundy trailed the game and with 11 minutes to go, it all looked lost for the hosts. But substitute Anthony La Tallec headed in a corner to reduce the deficit to 1-2. The game then rolled on to the final minute and into the third minute of added time when a throw in finally landed at Oliech’s feet.
With a run into the box, Oliech who earned his 17th league game of the season against Dijon, turned his marker and got his left foot to the ball to send it to far post.

Jomaa, at the right place and time then sent it home to earn to salvage a point for his team in the game that was as good as lost.
From the results, Auxerre with 19 points dropped to 15th spot to stay just ahead of the team that made them sweat on the night - Dijon. The two are separated on goal difference.
