Wazito hails stand in coach after Stima win

Wazito Administrator Bramwel Makotsi has hailed stand in coach George Midenyo for guiding the team to an important win over tough rivals Nairobi Stima on Sunday 7, October.

Wazito brought to an end to Stima dominance as they claimed a win that kept their dreams for promotion to the Kenya Premier League next season. Makotsi attributed the changes that the Technical bench made to the rare win over the NSL rivals. Eric Odhiambo's introduction in place of David Oswe was remarkably evident.

-The technical bench led by Midenyo was spot on. They made substitutions that not only added strength but talent. They gave it their last breath to ensure that they keep up the pace, Makotsi said.

-Lots of pressing and hard work and it counted, Midenyo revealed. Head coach Frank Ouna is on his duties with the national team in Thailand for a friendly after playing Iraq in the first one.
