Christian Bwammy's Follo FK coach Anders Specialvold has decided not to extended his contract with the Norwegian outfit after a string of poor results.

Specialvold who has been at the helm of the club for two seasons after taking the mantle when Hugo Pereira left the club. He led the club until the end of 2016 season and assumed head coach responsibilities at the start of this season.

-It has been a tough decision, but in recent years, the difficult situation in the club has meant that I have had to spend more and more time on things other than training, the tactician said.

The tactician regrets that the club has been relegated but is hopeful that better people will get them to winning ways and promises to retain good memories of his time at the club.

Someone Else can Do better

-In the future, the club's priority will be to survive while building an organization and administration. I think there are others who can do better than me. Then it's better that I use my energy somewhere I can concentrate 100 percent on football, he added.

Specialvold time at Follo at the start of his tenure was riddled by massive migration by dependable stars and some them had their contracts not renewed by the club thus favouring a move from the club.

-I have very many good memories from Follo FK, but there are two things that differ slightly. One is the season 2014, when we swept through the 2nd division and moved up to OBOS. But the moment that stands out is from 2012 when the entire Follo FK, fans and many others met up at Kringsjå to help us keep the space in the G19 Inter Circle, he remembered.
