Stamford Bridge fire update

Ten people were evacuated from Stamford Bridge stadium after fire broke our at the home of Chelsea club. 

Three fire engines and 14 firefighters were called to the ground, in Fulham Road on Saturday. London Fire Brigade (LFB) said a small fire had taken hold in the electrical intake room, which was slightly damaged. The people were evacuated from the West Stand of the stadium. Crews from Fulham, Chelsea and Kensington fire stations attended. The cause of the fire was an electrical fault. Earlier this season Chelsea were granted planning permission to build a new, £500 million, 60,000-seat stadium on the Stamford Bridge site.

According to reports from LFB no one was injured.
