KPL newborns schedule funds drive for players

Kenya Premier League newbies Wazito  FC will hold a funds drive on December 15 at Royal Nairobi Golf Club in appreciation to the players and fans after a hard fought promotion to the Kenya Premier League.

Wazito joined Vihiga United in the promotion race that ran up to the last match of the national Super League. The hotly contested race saw Wazito beat KCB and Ushuru to join the top tier. Ushuru are embroiled in a play offs match against Thika United and the match will have to wait given the stay orders by the court on the matter.

- The Board and Management of Wazito FC have organized a funds drive to honor the players and technical bench for a fantastic season, attaining the goal of competing in the Kenya Premier League (KPL), Wazito said.

Job Well Done

- In a mbuzi choma to be held on 15th December at the Royal Nairobi Golf Club, the team anticipates great entertainment, interactions between players, fans and friends of the club to raise a token of appreciation for the team for a job well done. Come and be part of the Wazito celebration. We look forward to your support, the club continued.

The event is scheduled to start at 1800hrs to midnight.
