Ulinzi Stars signs six

Kenyan Premier League side Ulinzi Stars has completed the signing of six new players all identified from their Chief of Defence Force (CDF) football tournament.

The 2010 champions were rather underwhelming in 2017 and newly appointed coach Dunston Nyaudo will be keen on turning the team's fortunes around in 2018.

The newly signed players include, strikers Oscar Njika and Michael Kahindi, midfielders Francis Milimo and Evans Okumu and completing the list is defensive pair of Boniface Andai and Glen Wafula.

Youngsters

-These are talented young players. They were identified during the CDF Cup and the coaches are satisfied that they will boost the team, they are largely unknown players but they are very good young footballers.

- At Ulinzi Stars we young raw talents a chance and we have no doubt that the six will add value to the team, chairman Erick Oloo told Futaa.com.

Ulinzi has already lost lead striker Stephen Waruru to Sofapaka while Samwe Onyango is reportedly heading to Gor Mahia.
