Wanga set to join KPL minnows

Former Tusker FC striker Allan Wanga is set to join Kakamega based Kenyan Premier League side, Kakamega Homeboyz, Futaa.com understands.

Wanga is among the 14 players that were released by the Brewers at the close of 2017 season. Reports had linked him with a move to Zambian champions Zesco United but  the move failed to materialize.

The widely traveled forward has reportedly been offered a job by the Kakamega County government and will now feature  for the Homeboyz side that's equally sponsored by the county government.

 -He's heading to Homeboyz. He will be employed by the county government and in return he will feature for Homeboyz that's now being sponsored by the county government, a source told Futaa.com. 

Wanga has previously featured for Sofapaka, AFC Leopards and Tusker FC in the Kenyan Premier League. He also had professional stints in Angola, Albania, Sudan, Tanzania among other countries.
