Morven Otinya is seeking to kick-start his career at Nzoia Sugar after a six-months hiatus at Sofapaka where he was reduced to a fringe player.
The attacker has joined Nzoia on a season-long loan deal and is looking forward to banging goals for the Bungoma based side under coach Bernard Mwalala who's a huge admirer of the left-footed forward.
-As a striker, my greatest responsibility is to score goals and that's what I want to do at my new club. I didn't play much at Sofapaka but I am confident that I will get more play time here and hopefully score goals for the team, he told Futaa.com.
A strong first leg in 2017 with the now-defunct Palos FC earned him a mid-season move to Batoto Ba Mungu but he struggled to find play time owing to the scintillating form of Ugandan Umar Kasumba.
-Competition in the team was tough and I didn't get the play time I would have wished for but that's now behind me, I want to start over again, he added.
Otinya is capped once with the national team, Harambee Stars.
