Tusker FC veteran keeper Duncan Ochieng' has been named new club captain following James Situma's departure to Kakamega Homeboyz.

Ochieng', a former Sofapaka and Mathare United keeper has been with the club since 2014 when he decamped from Sofapaka and has now been handed a leadership role at the club. He will be assisted by defender Llyod Wahome.

Grateful Ochieng 

"I am happy  and grateful for this appointment and would like to trust the technical bench for entrusting me with leading such a great club. It is not an easy task but I will do my best alongside Lloyd and the playing unit to make sure that we lead this club to great new heights, Ochieng' said after his appointment.

The keeper's first assignment will be against the Chemelil Sugar on Saturday 3 February at  Chemelil Sports Complex.
