Kenyan pair unscathed as Zambia club revamps
Kenyan international pair of Clifton Miheso and John Makwata is set to extend its stay with Zambian outfit Buildcon after surviving a major squad overhaul undertaken by the side ahead of the 2018 season.
The club has confirmed departure of a whooping 16 players with 15 new player being drafted in for the new season.
"We are confident that the team will achieve more success this year as we build on last year's performance. The greatest achievement for the year was not the 9th position but the countless lessons picked from which we expect to make improvements going forward," club president Moses Mubanga told the club media site.
Makwata joined the Kopala outfit in March latst year  linking up with compatriot Miheso, who had arrived a month earlier from Golden Arrows; the pair playing key part in Buildcon's debut in the top league campaign helping the team to a ninth place finish.
