Borussia Dortmund are reportedly willing to entertain an asking price of not less than £88m for midfielder Christian Pulisic.

German news outlet Sport1 has claimed that the Bundesliga juggernauts are keen on retaining the highly-rated American but can consider selling him only if potential suitors like Manchester United and Liverpool table an absurd bid which can tempt them into doing so.

Pulisic, who has scored three goals and assisted another two in 17 league starts this season, recently went on record during an interview with ESPN to admit that he talked to former teammate Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang about making a switch to England in the not-so-distant future.

The 19-year-old even disclosed that he was a huge United fan when he was younger - an admission that analysts have interpreted as a hint of where the standout would like to end up should a host of top Premier League teams come knocking.
