Hazard hails former Arsenal man

Eden Hazard has complimented Chelsea new signing Olivier Giroud.

Chelsea 3-0 victory over the Baggies on Monday night made Hazard played an integral role in his side’s victory, scoring twice in the process. But after the game, the forward paid credit to his new team-mate Giroud, who created the opening goal with a deft touch inside the box.

“He’s a great target man, one of the best in England, so when we pass the ball to him we can go around him not just me, Willian and Pedro too,” Hazard said.

Chelsea’s next game is against Hull City in the FA Cup fifth round on February 16 before hosting Barcelona in the Champions League.
