SoNy star optimistic ahead of Zoo clash

SoNy Sugar striker Clinton Omondi has revealed his expectation when they face Zoo in KPL third round this weekend.

Omondi who scored the only goal to give SoNy a 1-0 lead against Ulinzi believes that he can do better notwithstanding the competition in the team. The former Palos and Isbania forward is ready to impact the game weather his chosen among the starters or he comes in as a substitute.

Win, nothing less

“Yes, I am expecting a win, we are prepared well both physical and mentality. Individually I am expecting a goal and a good performance generally in the upcoming match. Even if I may not start I'll expect to make a change in game if the coach decide to bring me on,“ he told

“I am facing competition both from the old players who were in the team and the new players so it's through hard work and commitment that will define my career here,” he added.

Zoo Kericho, who were beaten 4-2 will be travelling to Awendo to face SoNy on February 18th.
