Tusker head coach Sam Timbe has blamed the unconverted chances for their goalless draw against Vihiga United.
Vihiga dented Tusker's dream of halting the bad run by forcing 2016 champions to a share of spoils after suffering a 1-0 defeat to Mathare United previously. Timbe has praised his defenders though and has challenged his strikers to rise up to the occasion.
“We wasted lots of chances and it is really hard to win a match when you do so. This is an area we really need to improve on. Our defense is doing well but our frontline should improve,” Timbe told the club's official portal.
With ten points so far from two wins and four draws, The Brewers will need to be on top form when they visit Zoo on April 21st. Zoo forced a 2-2 draw against AFC Leopards in their match week eleven clash.
