Former Express FC head coach Shafik Bisaso has been linked with a move to Ugandan Premier League side, BUL FC.

BUL has been without a coach since the end of June after head coach Kefa Kisala stunned the club by tendering his resignation despite guiding the team to a sixth place finish during the 2017/2018 Ugandan Premier League campaign. Kisala has since joined Express FC.

Key role

According to reports, Bisaso has agreed to join BUL on a two-year deal. Bisaso played a key role in helping Express avoid relegation during the 2017-2018 campaign but was not offered another deal by the club.

The tactician will be hoping to better BUL's 2017-2018 6th place finish in the Ugandan Premier League.

Bisaso has previously coached giants SC Villa, Soana and Kampala Junior team.
