Veteran defender Donald Mosoti has been drafted into Nakumatt's technical bench after hanging his boots in June.
The central defender retired from competitive football in June after over a decade playing in the top level. He featured for Nairobi City Stars, Gor Mahia, Simba SC, Nakumatt FC among other clubs.
A source from the club has confirmed that the lanky defender is now one of coaches in the team but his role is not yet defined.
"He's now one of coaches in the team. When he retired, the management opted to draft him into the technical bench," a source from the club disclosed.
When contacted, Nakumatt secretary Albert Wesonga admitted that Mosoti is part of his bench but didn't give much information on the position he holds.
" It's true he is part of our technical bench. We are trying to streamline some things and after that we will be in a position to give information about his exact role," Wesonga said.
Mosoti joined Nakumatt in June 2015 from Tanzanian side, Simba SC.
