Talks between Kotoko and Emmanuel Gyamfi for the winger to continue to play for the Kumasi based club has halted over the failure of both parties to arrive at a consensus.
The winger's contract with the porcupine warriors expired last month, making him a free player.
Kotoko have been confident up until now that they will be able to tie down the talented winger to a new contract but the player seems unhappy with the terms being offered especially amidst interest from clubs in South Africa and Tunisia.
Emmanuel Gyamfi joined Kotoko from Wa All Stars in 2016 and has impressed since joining the club.
