KPL side to offload four players
Kenyan Premier League side, Sony Sugar is set to part ways with four players, the club has confirmed.
The Awendo based side is in the process of rebuilding ahead of 2018-2019 season. The confirmed that it will sign four players and according to head coach Patrick Odhiambo, four players will pave way for new arrivals.
"We will part ways with four players. These are those we feel will not help the team much next season and we thought that it would only be fair let them leave and join other teams. We are not going to give out names right now because there is procedure to be followed before releasing a player, we want to do it in a professional way," he said.
On signings, Odhiambo reiterated the desire to bring on board quality players.
" We have a good team. So the players we will sign are those who will improve the team by bringing in competition. We want quality, "he added.
The 2018-2019 campaign kicks off on 8th December.
