Sarri: Hazard can win everything at Chelsea
Maurizio Sarri has said his star striker Eden Hazard can win everything at Chelsea.
Hazard had been under Real Madrid radar for a considerable period and Sarri says that should he stay at the Stamford Bridge, he has the capability of lifting even the Ballon d’Or. Lionel Messi and Christiano Ronaldo have dominated in the Ballon d’Or competition while both played in Spain.
“But I think also that he can win everything, possibly a Ballon d'Or, here, without playing in Spain. Because, for example, Chelsea will be able to win the Champions League. Belgium could win the European Championship. He could win everything, without playing in Spain.” Sarri said on Friday.
"I don't know what to say. I don't think he is. In the last three months, I have seen him always very happy. So I don't think so. It's nothing. I think that they don't know me very well. I am not able to think on the market at the moment. I am completely focused on my team, and improving my players. In the last month, I think Morata has played better. In the last three days, I have seen him very well in training, very very well.” the Blues boss added.
Hazard will once more lead Chelsea to face Manchester United when the Red Devils visits for an early kick-off on Saturday as the league resumes from the international break.
