Gor Mahia Head Coach Hassan Oktay has expressed his disappointment after the team settled for a 1-1 draw in an entertaining match played at the MISC Kasarani on Sunday afternoon.
The tactician believes the team should have won the match as they had better chances.
"I am disappointed with the result. We have very many clear chances to score but wasted them. I think we should have won. We were the better side and created more chances." Oktay said after the match.
The coach, however, shielded Dennis Oliech, who came in the 66th minute, from any criticism saying he would get better with time.
"Dennis is a good striker and has got that much-needed experience. We are working on his fitness and very soon he will start matches," Oktay said,
"He knows himself and what he needs to do to get better. Once he is fully ready he will be an asset for the club." Oktay added.
Oliech joined the team recently on a two-year contract.
