National Super League (NSL) side Wazito FC has completed the signings of pacey winger Victor Ndinya and left-back Yusuf Mohammed as the club continues to restructure with an aim of returning to the Kenyan Premier League (KPL).
Ndinya, who can be deployed on either flank, expressed his delight after sealing the deal with the former Bandari FC, Tusker and Nairobi Stima FC player saying: “The determination to get back to KPL and the seriousness to actually strive for success was the main factor for signing.”
The winger has also had a taste of American soccer after attending trials with Major League Soccer side LA Galaxy.
On his part, his fellow new signing Yusuf cited the desire for a new challenge as the main motivation for his move to the NSL side.
“The motive for signing for Wazito was to try a new challenge and experience in the National Super League.”
The defender has previously turned out for Sofapaka and the defunct Muhoroni Youth.
Wazito team manager Bramwell Makotsi expressed his delight with the new signings, saying that the club expects them to give their all as they seek promotion back into the top tier.
“We have signed 30 both young and experienced talented players who want to excel and take the team back to KPL.” He said.
