Ahead of their Manchester United clash on Sunday 13th January, Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettinho has insisted that Paul Pogba and Eden Hazard are players not to be allowed a lot of space on the field.
Tottenham are coming off a confidence boosting 1-0 win over Chelsea in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-finals, a game in which Pochettino managed to successfully stifle the attacking threat of Eden Hazard. Since the arrival of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Manchester United, Paul Pogba has seen a turnaround in form scoring four goals in his last four appearances.
Speaking at a press conference ahead of the United game, Pochettino recognized the immense attacking prowess that Hazard and Pogba possess, "When you play in this Premier League, every weekend, or every three days as we've been playing in the last few months, always it's about the opponent have a few players that can make the difference.
"Like last Tuesday it was Hazard, and now Pogba. Pogba is a very talented player, a great player of course. But it's not only Pogba or Hazard, there are different players around."
The game is slated for a 7:30 PM (EAT) kick off at the Wembley Stadium.
