Chelsea fans boo Sarri's subs
Maurizio Sarri was booed by a section of Chelsea fans during his side's 2-0 defeat to Manchester United in the FA Cup.
It was yet again another painful defeat as the Blues surrendered the FA Cup following the home defeat to United. Despite dominating the match in the first half, Sarri's men found themselves trailing by two goals thanks to Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba's strike. Once again the west London club lacked sharpness upfront as it failed to produce shot on goal from the 11th minute to the time the final whistle blew.
Chelsea fans were not happy and a large section and the Matthew Harding End started chanting, ‘F*** Sarri-ball!’ Sarri made a change, bring in Ross Barkley in the place of Mateo Kovacic and large swathes of fans continued to chant, 'You don't know what you're doing'.
Others were heard saying,'You don't know what you're doing' while others said 'Bring back Mourinho'. As time ran out, while Sarri’s final substitution – Cesar Azpilicueta for Davide Zappacosta – was roundly booed by the home support
Chelsea fans singing "you're getting sacked in the morning" at Sarri. United fans adding "bring back Mourinho" then "Ole, Ole, Ole".— Rob Dawson (@RobDawsonESPN) February 18, 2019
