Allegri opens up on Juventus' contract situation

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri has revealed he will talk about his contract extension at the end of the current season. 

Allegri has led the Italian giants to four consecutive Serie A and Coppa Italia titles since taking over in July 2014, with the Turin side also holding a 16-point lead at the top of this year's standings. Speaking ahead of Friday's match against Udinese, he revealed that he has made an agreement with club's president and talks will be opened in the summer. 

"I had dinner with President Agnelli last night and we are in agreement that we will talk about a contract at the end of the season. between us or my resignation? Whatever the case, it will be treated," he revealed.

Reports from Italy had suggested that the Vecchia Signora wanted a clear idea of whether Allegri will be in charge next season by the end of March.
