Slavia Prague vs Chelsea: Back both sides to score and Chelsea to grab crucial away goal
Chelsea will be hoping that they can transfer their impressive Premier League form to the Europa League tonight but must be wary of a side that disposed of serial winners at this level, Sevilla, in the previous round.

Match preview ✅
Slavia's turnaround and 6-5 aggregate win over Sevilla in the round of 16 was nothing short of miraculous. Ibrahim Traore's 119th-minute effort should probably have been cleared off the line by Simon Kjaer, but the Danish defender fluffed his lines, and Slavia secured their first European quarter-final berth since 2000.
Chelsea's last three games in the Premier League have been far less dramatic wins, and their progress to this stage of the Europa League has been workmanlike and professional, with few frills and a couple of hammerings thrown in too. The west London side has conceded just four goals in ten Europa League matches, and they have won all but one of those games.
Slavia is still unbeaten at the Eden Arena. They beat Bordeaux, Zenit and Sevilla, and drew 0-0 with Copenhagen and Genk but this is undoubtedly their biggest test, but it will also be a test for some of Chelsea's fringe players.
Key men 🌟
Influential midfielder Tomas Soucek is suspended for Slavia, which a major blow, as he has arguably been their best player in this competition. Former Manchester City forward Miroslav Stoch will look to support Milan Skoda in the attack.
Olivier Giroud will lead the line for Chelsea again after his hat trick at Dynamo Kyiv that helped the Blues past the hapless Ukrainians 8-0 on aggregate. He's the top scorer in the competition. Eden Hazard and Gonzalo Higuain are likely to be rested ahead of a Premier League clash against Liverpool this Sunday.
