Super Eagles winger Nnamdi Oduamadi is having the best of feelings after scoring his first goal of the season on his return from a career-threatening knee ligament injury.
Oduamadi scored for Tirana in their 3-1 away win at Teuta in the Albania League on Sunday.
He has been out of action for five months after suffering a knee ligament while in action for Tirana and underwent career-saving surgery.
His first goal of the season came when he shot his side into the lead four minutes before the break.
“I’m really happy to feel like a footballer again and play once more with Tirana. It was very important for me,” Oduamadi told Completesports.com.
“I couldn’t have hoped for a better start to my return from injury. I was given the opportunity to play again and I had the chance to score a goal. That makes me even happier.”
Goals from Erando Karabeci and Edon Hasani secured a comfortable win for Tirana after Sekou Camara has drew the hosts level in the 72nd minute.
The former AC Milan winger has played six games since joining the club last summer on a free.
