Enugu Rangers striker Godwin Aguda has encouraged the fan base to keep the faith after Sunday’s 3-1 loss to Enyimba FC.
Rangers were put to the sword as Enyimba fired three goals within 45 minutes in the Oriental derby in Aba State.
“We tried our best to win and we are happy about it,” Aguda told Brila after the game.
The loss nevertheless kept Rangers at the top of Group A standings, though The Peoples’ Elephant are now happily just three points behind on second spot.
“Let us just be winning our own matches, we are not thinking about Rangers or any other team because we just want to keep winning and getting point at home and even outside,” Aguda concluded.
Rangers next host Kwara United on Wednesday afternoon.
