Transfer rumours

The 2018/19 English Championship season has officially wrapped up but the transfer rumour mill is only getting started. 

Here are the latest rumours from around the division according to Wales Online: 

Leeds United star Samu Saiz is reportedly garnering interest from European giants Valencia according to reports in Spain. 

Saiz is expected to depart from the club in the summer, although his final destination is yet to finalised after being sent out on loan to Getafe in January after requesting the move. The report has suggested that the move could amount to more than £5.5m.

In the English Premier League, Leicester City are considering a possible move for Hull City star Jarrod Bowen.

The Daily Mail reports suggest that Leicester may make a £15million offer for the striker as they look to strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window. 

Bowen has put on impressive displays for Hull this season and concluded the campaign having tallied 22 goals and four assists for the side. 

Aston Villa and West Brom have also joined the list of numerous clubs looking to sign German teenager Erkan Eyibil.

According to Turkish Football- the 17-year-old who has been tipped as the next Mesut Ozil, currently plays for Mainz 05 and has attracted numerous clubs around Europe in the recent months. 

The midfielder has scored approximately 17 goals and got involved in 17 goals this season.

In other Championship news, Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County are among the clubs gunning to sign Coventry City's Jordan Willis this summer. 

Coventry Live reported that Willis is prepared to test himself in the Championship and Coventry are considering selling their player.

The report further added that Hull, Bristol City and Portsmouth are also monitory Willis' situation.

The Telegraph also had some transfer reports citing that newly-promoted Norwich City have joined the rapid race to sign Newcastle's Isaac Hayden.

West Brom and Aston Villa were both heavily linked with the midfielder during the January transfer window and reports emerged last month suggested they were keen to rekindle their interest.

But according to the Telegraph, the Canaries have now joined the race for the 24-year-old.

Barnsley goalkeeper Adam Davies finds himself being linked with a move to Hull City once his contract at Oakwell expires.

The 26-year-old's contract concludes at the end of June, and the Stoke Sentinel have reported that the Tigers are among several clubs chasing after Davies' signature.

But according to the report, Birmingham City and Stoke City are leading the way for the keeper.
