Pochettino decries high flight and hotel prices for Champions League final

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is among the many fans complaining about the high cost of flights and hotel rooms in Madrid ahead of the Champions League final between his team and Liverpool on June 1st.

On Friday, Tottenham said they will open their stadium to full capacity to allow "as many fans as possible who are not able to get to Madrid the chance to come together for the match".

"Yesterday I was calling some hotel to try and book some rooms because I don't know if my family is going to be there, some family, some people from Argentina," Pochettino told the BBC

"I wanted to book and it was so difficult and the prices are so crazy."

Fans for both clubs have been allocated 33,226 tickets for the Madrid final at the Wanda Metropolitano.
